I liked that it was fairly clean and efficient, the staff were perfect and rooms were brand-new. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel television, coffee and tea making equipment in the room. Late check-out was useful.

The breakfast I was offered was extremely poor; it could definitely be improved.

perfect stay, we were there for 1 day. check-in was early, the service was exceptional. the room was big, luxurious with a view. had relaxing drinks in the pool bar.

Set near to many local attractions and also within 10 minutes on foot from Christ Church Cathedral. Thank you all for our great stay, we strongly recommend it to all. The olive tree is located within 100 feet from the hotel. Just 15 minutes' walk from Waterford train station.

The location couldn't be more EXCELLENT. We were really close to some popular places like christ church cathedral. Hotel suited family perfectly.
